Saay only supports messaging that is 100% compliance or that is exempt from tcpa marketing roles. All marketing messages must be scrubbed against the National Do Not Call list. We provide a copy of the National Do Not Call list which is updated regularly to act as a secondary measure to your own do not call list scrubbing.
This way you have the advantage of a secondary layer of do not call scrubbing before sending out any of your messages. For legal reasons this list cannot be provided to you as a 100% failsafe as you are required to have your own Do Not Call list. But it is an amazing tool as a secondary measure

Florida has recently passed a law that Ringless Voicemail Drops must also be scrubbed against their state’s DNC list. even though your customer opted in to receive a voicemail you still must scrub your message against the Florida Do Not Call list.
